This 30 or 60 minute private session is designed to stretch and rehabilitate muscles. Trainers use a combination of various techniques including manual stretching, static and dynamic stretching, stretch bands, and foam rollers to target sore, injured, or inflexible muscles. Flexibility is extremely important for athletes and athletic performance as well as for any active individual. It can help reduce the risk of injury, increase fluidity and range of motion through joints, decrease neuromuscular pain, decrease symptoms of skeletomuscular injuries or conditions, and help rehabilitate injuries.
