12 WEEKS is a motivational fitness program developed by trainers Mike Giardina and Greg Orr after 30 years combined experience. The 12 WEEKS cycle is designed to build mental, physical and emotional strength; endurance; speed; confidence; weight loss; and cardio. This program has been specifically designed for everyone from beginners to advanced fitness levels. With its unique design it challenges all participants. Through the utilization of the latest fitness equipment we will ensure success to your desired goals, all in a friendly indoor and outdoor setting. 12 WEEKS is broken up into 3 phases, Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3. Each phase is made up of 4 weeks and is a progression from Phase 1 to Phase 3, which will complete the 12 WEEKS cycle!
