Our most popular Group Training offering is Boot Camp Fit™—an aggressive, military style circuit training regimen featuring high intensity conditioning, strength training, plyometric training, and kettle bell training aimed at enhancing endurance, strength, core, and explosive power—all while burning fat and sculpting a tight body! This is usually done in groups of five to 20 individuals. The group environment creates a powerful synergy, and individuals tend to rise up above themselves to accomplish more than they ever thought possible
